Human resource
The human resource policy aims to implement the strategic objectives of providing the required workforce in terms of quantity and quality, creating a favorable environment for full use of human resources, evaluating work performance, improving the working environment, supporting social initiatives, and building a stable and cohesive community.
In terms of human resource development, EMC sets the following objectives to:
- adhere to the principle of better aligning the supply of the required workforce with the current and prospects of local employment and unemployment;
- incorporate sustainable development and social responsibility into the workforce development policy and program, and improve the quality of knowledge and professional skills of the workforce;
- improve incentives to support individual labor activity, interests and initiatives, support and develop the productivity movement, and link job evaluation with the principles of sustainable development and social responsibility;
- implement and promote the Public Physical Education and Fitness Project to reduce the incidence of physical inactivity and improve labor productivity by improving the physical education of employees, developing public physical education, and increasing the number of sportsmen;
- implement the "Health Promoting Jobs" project in stages, in line with the government's public health policy, and develop and implement a "Health Promoting Enterprise" program;
- support operations or activities of social organizations such as orphanages, Russian-language schools, kindergartens, children's camps, resorts, sports complexes, cultural centers, hotels, cafeterias, and hospitals that provide a wide range of social services to staff and local residents; and
- support the activities of youth, women's and elders' organizations at the Enterprise on human development and building a harmonious and creative community.
