The "Erdenet" sanatorium complex operates the "Chuluut" sanatorium in Khangal Sum, Bulgan Province, capable of receiving 70 people at a time during the summer, providing treatments with mare's milk. Employees can take regular vacations at various locations, including "Chuluut," "Hangal," "Galtai" in Khangal Sum, Bulgan Province, "Hanui" in Bayan-Agt Sum, "Hujirt" in Uvorkhangai Province, "Shargaljuut" in Bayankhongor Province, "Orgil" in Ulaanbaatar, and "Avarga toson" in Khentii Province and "Shimt-Els" in Gobi-Altai Province, based on contractual agreements.

In 2022, Erdenet Medical Hospital became a subsidiary of the company, providing world-class healthcare services not only in Orkhon Province but also throughout the country.
